This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Poker Dream ("Company", "we", "platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, services, games, and all content provided by Poker Dream at pokerdream.ws.

Poker Dream reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Poker Dream reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without notice, for the following reasons:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.

• Account closure requested by the member.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the Poker Dream support team via live chat or email.
