Account & Registration 8 questions

Registering with Poker Dream is free and takes less than 3 minutes. Head to the Register, fill in the form with your username, email, Malaysian phone number (+60), and a strong password. Verify your email and your account will be active immediately. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at poker dream. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of our terms of use and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of balances. If you are experiencing issues with your existing account, please contact our support team for assistance.

Username cannot be changed after registration. However, you can update your email address and phone number via Account Settings. Email changes require verification from both your old and new email addresses for security. Your password can be changed at any time under Settings → Security.

You can permanently close your account via Settings → Responsible Gaming → Permanent Account Closure. Any cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned within 3–5 business days. Permanent closure cannot be reversed. If you only need a short break, consider the Self-Exclusion option (1 day – 6 months) first.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required when you request a withdrawal exceeding RM5,000 or when prompted by the platform for security purposes. Required documents: front and back of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a selfie holding your identity card, and proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill within the last 3 months). The KYC process is typically completed within 1–2 business days.

An account may be blocked for several reasons: repeated failed login attempts (temporary 30-minute block), suspicious activity requiring investigation, incomplete KYC requirements, or a violation of our terms of use. If your account was temporarily blocked due to failed login attempts, simply wait 30 minutes. For all other cases, contact our live chat support with your identity verification details.

On the Log In, click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email or phone number. A password reset link will be sent to your email and will be valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact our live chat support with proof of identity verification.

Log in → Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Enter your active Malaysian phone number (+60). Verify with the OTP received. After this, every login will require an additional OTP. We strongly recommend 2FA for all members to keep your account as secure as possible.

Minimum deposit depends on your chosen payment method:

  • DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks): minimum RM50
There is no maximum deposit limit for regular members. A monthly deposit limit can be set manually via Settings → Responsible Gaming to help manage your spending.

Almost all deposits are credited to your poker dream account instantly (under 5 minutes) after the transaction is successfully confirmed by the payment provider. If your deposit does not arrive within 15 minutes, contact our live chat support with proof of transaction (receipt screenshot) and we will resolve it within 1 hour.

Poker Dream charges no fees whatsoever for deposits. However, some eWallet providers or banks may apply a small fee on certain transactions under their own terms. Please check with your payment provider if you have any questions about charges on their end.

No need to worry – this is a situation we can resolve. First step: check your transaction history in your eWallet app or internet banking to confirm whether the rejection actually occurred. Failed funds are typically returned to the original source within 3–5 working days.

Select "FPX" as your deposit method at poker dream. You will be redirected to the Bank Negara Malaysia FPX page. Choose your bank (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, or any FPX-supported bank). Withdrawals 7 questions

Log in → Wallet → Withdrawal. Select your withdrawal method (local bank account or Malaysia eWallet), enter the amount in RM, and confirm with your password or OTP. Approved withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe set for your VIP level.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP level:
  • Bronze/Silver: 1–24 hours
  • Gold/Platinum: 1–12 hours
  • Diamond: within 15 minutes
All withdrawals are subject to standard security checks. Withdrawals requiring KYC verification may take an additional 1–2 business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is:

  • Silver: RM10,000/day
  • Gold: RM20,000/day

Withdrawals may be declined for several common reasons:
  • Bonus rollover requirement not yet met

Poker Dream charges no fees whatsoever for withdrawals. You receive the full amount requested. Withdrawals to Malaysia eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are generally faster than withdrawals to FPX bank accounts.
